Jeff earned his law degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1990. Jeff is originally from Portage, WI.  He is licensed to practice in Wisconsin and Illinois. Jeff’s vast trial experience has certified him as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  Jeff has been selected as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer in 2006 and 2007.

Jeff has focused on representing victims of nursing home neglect and abuse for many years.  He has clients, and has settled nursing home neglect cases, from all over Wisconsin.  He has pursued cases against the national nursing home chains such as Beverly Healthcare, Kindred and Extendicare.  Jeff is available to meet with families at any location that is comfortable and convenient for the family.  PKS has a great team of lawyers and paralegals working on every nursing home neglect case. 

Jeff is a member of the Bar Associations of Wisconsin and Illinois, the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers where he serves on its Board of Directors, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America where he is a member of the Nursing Home Litigation Group.
