Attorney Joe LaDien represents individuals and families who have been injured due to the negligence of others. His practice areas include automobile accidents, medical negligence, unsafe premises, nursing home abuse and neglect, insurance disputes, dangerous and defective products, and legal malpractice, among other things. Joe’s goal is to help his clients receive compensation for their injuries and to make sure those who are responsible are held accountable. Joe works out of PKSD’s Watertown office with Tom Kyle, where they head up the firm’s Trial Team. A native of the Milwaukee area, Joe attended Marquette University High School. He currently serves on Marquette University High School’s Alumni Board. Joe received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his law degree from Marquette University Law School. While in law school, Joe interned for Justice David T. Prosser, Jr. of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Honorable John J. DiMotto of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court. Joe is also actively involved in the Milwaukee and greater Milwaukee community. He is the president-elect for the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association and serves on the Board for the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Joe also volunteers for the Legal Action of Wisconsin’s Volunteer Lawyers Project and is a student mentor through Nativity Jesuit Middle School. Joe is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin and the Eastern and Western Districts of United States District Court of Wisconsin. He is an active member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Association for Justice.
