Recipient of the 2009 Robert L. Habush Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Wisconsin Associate for Justice

Called a "trailblazer" by the Waukesha Freeman and Oconomowoc Enterprise M. Angela Dentice has spent her entire life focused on helping those in need. Ms. Dentice spent her early years living in the Italian neighborhood of the Third Ward in Milwaukee. She attended Holy Angels High School. Before attending law school, Ms Dentice graduated from Marquette University in 1970 and received a Masters Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1974.

Ms. Dentice spent the first years of her career in education, first teaching handicapped children and later as an administrator of programs for handicapped children in the Milwaukee Public School System. She taught courses relating to the education of handicapped children at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Desiring to continue advocating for those in need, Ms. Dentice entered law school and graduated cum laude from Marquette University Law School in 1985. She practiced personal injury and medical malpractice law at two (2) successful Milwaukee area law firms, before establishing her own law firm in 2000. She continues to devote her law practice to advocating for the rights and needs of injured children and adults. She wants to keep her firm small to enable all staff to provide personal service to the clients they represent.

Ms. Dentice represents only injured adults and children in various personal injury claims, including claims involving auto accident/auto crashes, truck crashes, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, dog bites, slip and fall accidents, nursing home negligence and medical malpractice. Her clients have suffered serious brain injuries, including traumatic brain injuries (TBI), broken bones, spine injuries, injuries to joints such as shoulders and knees, emotional injuries and traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD).

Ms. Dentice is an experienced trial lawyer who has tried multiple cases to a jury. She has tried cases that have lasted several days to cases that have lasted several weeks. Because Ms. Dentice has a reputation as a successful trial lawyer, the vast majority of the cases are settled without a trial. Please visit the Big Results portion of this site.

In 2001, Ms Dentice served as the first woman president of the Wisconsin Association for Justice (previously known as the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers), the Wisconsin organization of personal injury and medical malpractice lawyers. She is the recipient of the 2009 Robert L. Habush Trial Lawyer of the Year Award by the Wisconsin Associate for Justice. She is a past President of the Wisconsin Civil Justice Education Foundation, a non-profit organization devoted to the education of the public on the civil justice system. She is currently a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice (where she is on the Board of Directors), the American Association for Justice (where she served on the Board of Governors, representing the state of Wisconsin), the State Bar of Wisconsin, (Association for Women Lawyers, The Milwaukee Bar Association and Women in Law). She was recently appointed by Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor Barbara Lawton to be co-chair of the Leadership and Political Task Force of the statewide economic initiative Wisconsin Women=Prosperity.

Because she was a former teacher of handicapped children and supervised a vocational program for the handicapped, Ms. Dentice has unique experience advocating on behalf of adults and children who have suffered a brain injury, including a traumatic brain injury. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Brain Injury Society of Wisconsin. Ms. Dentice is proud to be one of the founding members of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America.

Ms. Dentice is a frequent lecturer to lawyer groups in Wisconsin and in various states and has authored numerous articles on various aspects of personal injury, traumatic brain injury and medical malpractice law.

Ms. Dentice is married to Benn DiPasquale, a retired partner of Foley & Lardner. Ms. Dentice has a son and daughter-in-law who reside in Madison, Wisconsin, four step daughters and four grandchildren, all of whom reside in different parts of the country.

Because each persons injuries are unique, Ms. Dentice prides herself in serving each client in a personal manner. Ms. Dentice can provide you with the personal attention you deserve.  If you want personal attention and big results, contact Ms. Dentice today.
